• Jubail II Industrial Area is World's Largest Civil Engineering

Project
• Jubail Industrial City which was began built more than three
decades ago, will be twice its size once it is built
• It’s a multi-billion dollar's Industrial City aiming to create social
benefits and to strengthen the Petrochemical Industry
• This project will double the size of the Jubal original City by
6,200 hectares
• In this project are working more than 20,000 people during the
peak season and investment is more than $4 billions in
infrastructure, in the Industrial Park

• The enterprise in charge to building the project is the

same which built the original Jubal
• Over 50,000 residential units will be added in 2026 as
part of the expansion progress
• The principal proposal, of transportation system
consisted in the six-lane highway between Jubail and
Damman
• In total more, than 530 miles of road and 60 bridges will
be built during the construction

• The project has been carefully planned many decades

ago
• Over 1,900 hectares will be developed during the process
and a combination of Tunnels, Highways and
Superstructures that will be created to the Mining
Industry
• The area also includes two large ports, built on artificial
harbor protected by 11 milles of breakwater
