1. Personality often depends on particular combination of genes of the family. But I consider that
environmental factors play a big role on the developmental identity of a person. Thinking of the
impact of family environment on our personality. Assuming on how they educate us to the
basics of life to building a proficient character complementing to our self-esteem. And some of
the cultures they let us know and allow it for us to carry as we grow up. Those values I guess
were based on how we adopt on the environment our life revolve in.

2. I guess I’m more on Type B’s personality. Well I’m more on like just being a happy go lucky
person. I’m too relaxed on situations I usually encounter. I always just go with the flow. Really
happy onto some silly things. But sometimes I do procrastinate especially on school works. I
always think there’s still a lot of time left before the deadline and rush things after.

3. I’m a first born child. So I guess almost all the biggest responsibilities were on me. I’m focused
on the task given to me especially within the family. I need to look after my sister and take care
of her. I am motivated to help my parents and to achieve all the best things to help our family. I
think all of the first born child mind set are on a standard so that the family will have a great
future. That’s why Maxine Abrams theory based on birth orders were exactly the same as my
personality.

4. The mental health effects of Covid-19 envision how this long-term pandemic may affect the
future. The economic ability may be disabled. The basic necessities may also be hard to provide.
And because of this situation protests, riots, mass uprisings, and natural disasters can also teach
us much about how large-scale, disruptive events can shape mental health. The prevalence of
depression and post-traumatic stress disorder among populations after collective actions like
these is very conscientiously to bear. That’s why we need to take care physically, mentally and
emotionally. We need to be very optimistic and think of better ways to deal the situation were
facing.

5. This pandemic I’m trying to keep myself relaxed and making sure to do all the guidelines being
ordered. Proper hygiene, enough hours of sleep, exercise and eating the right amount of meal.
The situation we are having right now teaches us how important our life is. Our role in the
society and to our family. That’s why we need to seize each moment. Do the things that will
make you feel better. Just live your life and be happy.
