1. “There is no “perfect health”.

Not because a person has physical

infirmities, he is no longer healthy. All the conditions of health are
never separated but integrated. What counts is the striving of a
person to achieve a high level of health to the best of his ability to be
a productive member of the society. “

We can’t always know what can take us to health. Our bodies

are smarter than we believe, and more complicated than the machine
or the algebraic equation. Most of the time our efforts in ideal health
backfire and get us worse. They fall us down, they reject feeling, they
increase our stress hormones, and they make us unhappy and
madder. You learn if that is you.

According to Samson (2020) our body is pre-programmed with

a blue print of what perfect health is. Our body is constantly struggling
to get back their state of perfect health. It is up to us, as masters of
our bodies to return our body into that perfect health.

2. “Telling what is right and wrong to creating opportunities to make

wise decisions.”

We recognize that our brains will be our best allies or our worst
enemies. In the process of making the decision you need your idea to
be on the side, so it is a good idea to help the brain manage all these
worries and fears. One better way to do this is by making worst and
best-case scenarios for each potential outcome Gervais (2019).

Everyday day people make decisions that affect their future

lives. What makes a right decision? What may be right to some may
be wrong to others. Right and wrong decisions are objective and vary
among each individual.
3. “Parents have the privilege and primary responsibility for the health
of children and youth. The school and community have vital
secondary role.”

As a parent myself I’ am responsible for the health of my child. I

always make sure that everything in his environment is good for him.
I prepare foods that is the best for his health and I make sure that I
always give him vitamins. Every parent can relate to all of this, our
child is precious we have the responsibility ever since they are born.
“The school and community have vital secondary role” that is
because not all the time your child is at your home, school and
community has also a big impact to the growth and health of the
children, therefore as a mother we make sure that the school of our
child has a good environment in terms of food, facilities, teachers,
and their social activity.

As claimed by Knoblauch (2011) these are some things that

can help parents to provide their children a healthy education and
healthy body. No over scheduling It is not a good idea to over
schedule them with learning activities at home.
 So help them schedule their extra learning and homework time at
home without burdening them.
 Help with home assignments giving good support to kids in their
studies would really lift their spirit for learning.
 Monitor their learning some kids will take up initiatives themselves to
spend time for learning at home.
 Prioritize child's learning Study life is an important phase of a kid and
parents should give enough importance to it when deciding on other
matters.
 Devise fun ways to learn Make learning a fun activity with devising
some interesting ways.
 Encourage active learning Active learning has a lot of benefits over
the sedentary learning.
