Teacher’s creativity shows their passion in teaching

CREATIVITY especially in 21st century because it helps the student
to become more invested and interested inside the
classroom.

Developing their empathy allows teacher to

understand students perspective and the teacher can
respond easily if they know their problem when it
EMPATHY
comes to learning.

Communication is one of the important skills in

COMMUNICATION teaching because throught that, teachers can
build relationship to the students.It allows them
to share their knowledge and experiences.

Strategy in teaching is very unpredictable. There’s a lot of

changes like in 21st century, technology started to emerged and it
replaced our traditional teaching like using blackboard, manila
paper, cartolina, etc. Teachers need to adapt this generation that
ADAPTABILITY
most of us are getting used in technology when it comes to
learning. It also help the teacher to meet their students halfway

DIGITAL LITERACY By using digital, it can help all the teachers to

lessen their work and of course more creative
when it comes to teaching.

This generation is truly sensitive and it is important for the

teacher to identify their emotions because it gives them the
strategy on how to deliver messages without being
offensive. It also teaches them to become more aware with
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
other’s feelings in and out of the school
