Activity 5

Different features that must be evaluated in quantitative research are reliability,

external validity, and internal validity. The reliability of research can be evaluated by
understanding what has been done to ensure that the research is consistent and how
consistent are the measurements used. External validity can be evaluated by knowing if
the results of the research can be applied to the wider population while internal validity
can be evaluated by knowing does the research measure what it is supposed to be
measuring. These three are the most important in research because this ensures that
data are sound and replicable, and the results are accurate.
