    etc.)
    1.2 2D (2D materials like short-channel MOSFETs and HEMT/MODFETs,
    graphene sheet etc.)
    1.3 1D (1D materials like carbon nanotubes (CNT), nanoribbons, etc.)
    1.4 0D systems (0D materials like SETs, Coulomb islands, Quantum Cellular
    Automata,
    Spintronic devices, etc.)

    2. Plot the different curves as different figures and interpret the results.
