Dear Students,

Greetings from the Moot Court Society!

This is to bring to the notice of the students of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi that the
Moot Court Society shall conduct the 19th K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court 2023 from
February 17th, 2023 to February 19, 2023 at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of
Delhi.

The Moot Court Society calls upon the students to volunteer in order to ensure a smooth conduct of
the competition. The following ten departments will be functional for this edition of the
competition.

1. Memo and Tabulation

2. Court Masters
3. Travel and Accommodation
4. Public Relations
5. Registration
6. Infrastructure
7. Hospitality
8. Certificate and Trophy
9. Decoration
10. Control Room

The deadline for filling up the form is 10:00 PM, Thursday, December 15th, 2022.

Kindly note:
1. Volunteers are required to be available from 17th December, 2022.
2. Non participation after confirming shall attract possible debarment.
3. Department allocation is subject to availability, if required the society may assign department
irrespective of volunteer’s choice as per the requirement.
4. Students who volunteer in 19th K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court 2023 cannot participate in the
competition.
