Chirag Tanna has more than 15 years of experience in Intellectual

Property Rights. He has prepared and filed thousands of new patent
applications, prepared and filed Responses to Office Actions,

represented clients at hearings in the Indian Patent and Trademark Office [IPO] Intellectual Property Office
of Singapore [IPOS], as well as the US Patent & Trademark Office [USPTO]. He covers all realms of
engineering, sciences, and life sciences in Intellectual Property Rights. Chirag Tanna has been involved in
patent litigation matters in India, Singapore, and USA. He has also effectively created and protected
portfolios of brands through Trademarks across these geographies.

Chirag Tanna has provided portfolio evaluations to

clients, including world-wide prior art searching,
assessment of competitors’ IP holdings, and
opinions of patentability and infringement. He has
delivered full-scale client counseling on matters of
