MANAGING PARTNER
Tubagus Muhammad Irham, S.H., S.T.
Mr. Tubagus is highly-experienced in various commercial permits such as Building permit (PBG),
Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL), Environmental Sector, Traffic Impact Analysis (Andalalin),
etc. He began his professional career as project manager at OHMCELL a company based at Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia. OHMCELL is a company that build infrastructure and IT solutions for Nokia
Siemens, Telkom-Telkomsel, TBG and Smartfriend. With his capability and knowledge, Mr. Tubagus
listed as one of Indonesian Head Representative of OHMCELL.

In 2012 he gained his recognition in intellectual property service in Indonesia by achieving his
Registered Intellectual Property Consultant certificate and on the same year Telkom appointed him
to manage their Inteletual Property. Mr. Tubagus starting his Intellectual Property career at
Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partner (HHP) which is The Big 4 Law Firm in Indonesia. He continued his
career by joining Trademark2u, an multinational IP Firm based in Malaysia, then he established Legal
101 where he began to expand his career in rendering the legal services.

Build the solid consultant team, handled many commercial permits and licenses since 2014, then he
appointed by PT Alfaria Tbk., Astra Honda Motor, BSD Sinarmas and Lippo Group as a notable
consultant to handled their projects. With his expertise, Mr. Tubagus is capable to prosecuted the
Client’s business matters in Indonesia.

PARTNER
Bagus Indra Maulana, S.H.
Mr. Bagus specializes to provide Intellectual Property protection services to the Clients. He is
qualified as a Registered Intellectual Property Consultant since 2016 and also a registered Advocate
in Indonesia, therefore he is capable to represent the Clients before the Directorate General of
Intellectual Property of Indonesia (DGIP) and before the Indonesian Court. His experience career
start at one of the multi-national IP Firms based in Malaysia, then he continued his career at one of
the biggest and oldest Intellectual Property Firm in Indonesia.

During his career, he has handled many Intellectual Property applications and IP cases whether
litigation or non-litigation for domestic and international Clients. With experience and passion in the
area of Intellectual Property Law and Business, Mr. Bagus able to provide advice and strategies to
domestic and international Clients in terms of protection of Intellectual Property in Indonesia as well
as trademark application through Madrid Protocol.

Neli Widiastuti, S.E.

Ms. Neli starting her career at the Consultant Office which she has handled many Clients matter such
as taxes and permits through Government Institution. During his career, she also gained a full
scholarship through University and after graduated, Ms. Neli hired by Telkom Indonesia as Speakers
for Permit, Accounting and Taxes at Telkom’s program of Start-Up Incubator named Dilo. In 2020
Ms. Neli gained recognition as Tax Consultant.

Ms. Neli has handled many corporate tax issues and appointed by PT HMN Bangun Persada Mandiri,
PT Kinanti Kreasi Indonesia, PT Bangkit Jaya Teknik Indonesia to solve their taxes matters. In addition
to the tax sector, she also handled Online Single Submission (OSS) of the Investment Coordination
Board (BKPM), in the past year she has handled several Clients to handled their OSS matters, such as
Mitsubishi HC Capital and Finance, PT Formosa, Tbk., Dart Energy Tanjung Pte., Ltd., PT Wins Group
and PT Sion Group.

We typically charge a flat rate which varies based on the services required by our Clients. Our team
keeps detailed files of all the documentation regarding each assignment which is handed over to our
clients at the end of our engagement. We typically bill in two stages, a down payment at the
beginning of the assignment followed by a final payment at the end of the assignment at which point
all required legal documentation will be handed over to the client.
