 Shuchi is the Founder and Managing Partner of SS Intellectual Property Neeti Consultancy
LLP (‘IPNeeti’).Shuchi started out with a small team having keen interest in technology,
strong fundamentals and deep commitment to work. Now, with a larger team to head and
years of experience and exposure, all these values still remain the cornerstones of IPNeeti.
Working in the domain since the year 2003, Shuchi started her career with top IP firms in
India where she worked for multiple Fortune 50 clients and gained exposure to US and EP
patent practice. She has a in-depth understanding of the evolution of the Intellectual
Property Rights (IPR) in India. She drives project delivery as well as other operations of
Shuchi Agarrwal IPNeeti. Shuchi is well-versed in patent prosecution, asset management, litigation support,
Founder & Managing Partner, and patent commercialization. With respect to trademark, copyright and design matters,
IPNeeti she counsels her clients and handles prosecution matters for the same. Being an engineer
by qualification and a businesswoman for several years, Shuchi has an acumen for
understanding innovative technologies and a knack for viewing inventive ideas from
business perspective. She provides holistic IPR solutions to her clients and strategizes
various IP paths that an organization should follow depending upon their current IP profile
and futuristic business goals.
Shuchi is a registered Indian Patent Agent and her qualifications include Bachelor’s degree
in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (India), PG Diploma in VLSI (India) and
LLM in Intellectual Property and Competition Laws (Max Planck Institute, Germany).
