THE ENERGY AND WATER REGULATORY AUTHORITY (PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

PRICE SETTING) (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2022

Citation 1. These Rules may be cited as the Energy and

as one with the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory
Authority (Petroleum Products Price Setting) Rules, 2009
hereinafter referred to as the “principal Rules”.

Commencement 2. These Rules shall come into force on the fifth

date
day of January, 2022.

Amendment of 3. The principal Rules are amended by deleting the
