1. What are the hurdles of accessing art in terms of its subject and content?

Every piece of art has a deep, underlying meaning. It is often difficult for ordinary folks
to visualize the underlying meanings or thoughts in art. Understanding the true meanings of the
many art genres requires a high IQ. To communicate stories or provide meaning to their works of
art, painters use a range of subjects. Accessing art poses challenges since it is so important in
terms of its theme and content. Despite what some may believe, art cannot be easily explained.
Every art form has a deep meaning for it. Even the painting's subject conveys a profound
message, as does the reasoning for why it is regarded as art. We all examine people's opinions
from different angles, and the viewer choose how to interpret what they see. The challenges an
artist faces in realizing the subject and message of their work depend on their inspiration. An
artist can communicate his thoughts through his works of art in a highly unique way with the
help of inspiration. Materials and mediums are not a barrier. An eager artist will find creative
ways to convey his emotions and ideas. It's because making art is a lot more emotionally charged
than producing, which depends on logical thought and reasoning.

2. Where do artists source their subjects?

Artists can draw inspiration from history, religion, and nature when creating their works
of art. They draw inspiration from what they already know and focus on their present art, which
is why they go out and focus on history, religion, and the natural world. I think practically all
artists find their inspiration in their subjects' emotions, environment, imperfections, difficulties,
etc. Because everything is art, and since the Almighty is the artist who created us all, I believe
that everything around us serves as both the inspiration for creation and the basis for an artist's
fundamental understanding. To create things that could move or admire the stunning creations
they offered, an artist merely needs inspiration and sincere thought. Depending on how you look
at it, art can make an emotional statement that we can hear but not see.
3. Name an example of an artwork and speculate on the content of the artwork based in its
factual, conventional, and subjective meanings.

Van Gogh’s Starry Night – The Starry Night is an oil-on-canvas painting by the Dutch Post-
Impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh. Painted in June 1889, it depicts the view from the east-
facing window of his asylum room at Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, just before sunrise, with the
addition of an imaginary village. Vincent Van Gogh painted "Starry Night" in 1889 from a room
in the mental asylum at Saint-Remy where was recovering from mental illness and his ear
amputation. Analysts of "Starry Night" emphasize the symbolism of the stylized cypress tree in
the foreground, linking it to death and Van Gogh's eventual suicide. In Starry Night, contoured
forms are a way of expressing oneself and a way of expressing emotion. Many believe that the
night sky reflects van Gogh's tumultuous struggle to recover from his illness. Although the
village is painted in dark colors, the brightly lit windows give it a warm feeling. This means that
artists of this period took a subjective view of the visual world and painted their world according
to their own artistic perceptions. In particular, he liked to paint landscapes that reflected his own
emotions and soul
