CHAPTER ONE
INTRODUCTION:
The recruitment policies as the subject matter implies has to do with
the way human resources employed into yobe state television (Y.T.V)
and the term of the empoyement.
Among the element of carries service system recruitment policy is
one of the most important element because if has great impact on
moral. The staff recruitment policy is the same in some organization.
Recruitment does not only focus on an organization but also
increase the chance of retraining those sofar recruited.The recruitment
process has always been the control core of interest in any organization
and unless the recruitment policy is sound there can be no hope of
training professional workers it therefore needed to have more than
good paper qualification attraction. It is difficult at times to recruitment
and retrain highly talented individual because of alternative
opportunities available to them in normal times. It this regard it is
impertrative that recruitment must be mactched with motivational
process.

With the increase number of activities and the recruitment of
more staff into the Y.T.V broadcasting house, there is the need
motivate the personnel in order to cope with the task of achieving the
goals and objectives of the service corporation.The research tend to
investigate into the role of recruitment policy in yobe state television
broadcasting house i.e, highlighting the important of employment the
right person(s) with the right skill and qualification into the
broadcasting house for achieving effectiveness.The researchers will
attempt to look into lack of attention given to skill training to
recruitment and maintaining good work efficiency.

METHOD AND PROCEDURE
The chapter deal with the research methodology employed in carry
out the research work, so as given a betters presentation of the study
to readers.
Survey research most often refers to attempt to get information
from a sample of people through the use of either primary or
secondary or even both observation of respondent behaviour or
evidence of such behavior in conjunction with separately from asking of
question.
That is why survey research is defined as the systematic gathering
of information from a (sample) of respondents for the purpose of
understanding and or predicating some aspects of the behavior of the
population of interest.
Methodology on its part refers to the whole methods and
process used in gathering data.
In this chapter therefore consideration is given to the population
sampling size ,sampling techniques and the method of data analysis.
