40 marks internal evaluation in all subjects applies to all who take admission for
2022-23 including students from 100 marks pattern. You may choose to appear
in Marathi. Note: 20 marks for term work; 10 marks for Class Test ;10 Marks for
participation in class and other activities Activities: 10 Marks Participation in
activities of the college.
For 20 marks term work the following shall be noted-
A. Administrative Law and Transfer of Property Law- Oral presentations with
2 pages written submission. This will include: content 1 page(gist),
undertaking and references 1 page only handwritten. Only 1 page written
on both sides will be accepted. No plastic files will be accepted. Dates: 14 th

Date of Exam: -23rd December 2022 at 4 p.m. to 7p.m.
Question Paper Pattern 100 Marks
Answer 4 questions (including sub questions). Each question carries 25 marks
Answer No. 1: Attach your Report on “Legal Aid Activity”, comprising of
participation in Legal Literacy Camp, Legal Awareness programme, Lok Adalat
etc. Answers 2,3,4: Answer any 3 out of 4 questions.
