B. Processing of the Activity

1. How many hours do you spend in productive work?

I have a short attention span, therefore, based on what I have seen, I just need three to four hours a day to
complete my academic obligations.

2. How many hours do you spend in recreational activities?

With my buddies, I take pleasure in playing online video games. I can play with them for up to eight hours a
day. I used to play video games all day, especially while we were on ECQ, and there have been times when I
have forgotten to eat.

3. How many hours do you spend time with your family?

Since I am enrolled in a hybrid flexible learning program, I see my mother on average twice a week. My mother
and I don't see each other often because I live in an apartment in Valenzuela, but that's okay because she is
aware of how busy I am with my course load and that she is also busy at work.

4. How many hours do you spend time with your friends?

On any given night out, my buddies and I would speak, drink, and eat delicious food for no more than four to
six hours. We occasionally spend longer than our allotted time together since we have missed one another and
cannot get enough of our gossip and stories.

5. How many hours do you spend time resting?

On a typical weekday, if I have nothing else to do, I would typically sleep for approximately 6-7 hours. To
make up for the energy I lost during the week, I would essentially just lay around the apartment or house on the
weekends.

C. REFLECTIONS
1. Do you think men are more productive than women or the reverse? Why?
We should not, in my opinion, let society's expectations lead us to believe that we are not productive or that
men are, in fact, more productive than women. Everyone has their idea of what productivity is—it could be
finishing a paper, taking care of the house tasks, etc. Being idle does not imply being unproductive; our bodies
and minds require breaks from time to time. Allow someone to complete their tasks at their own pace and
schedule.
2. What did you learn from this activity?
Although men and women may have different traits, we should not let our gender determine who we are. Each
of us has strengths and shortcomings of our own. In this generation, societal conventions like the idea that
women are weaker or less productive than men should be abandoned. You cannot imply that a single woman
who raised her child on her own is unproductive or weak. Together with our LGBTQ+ community, gender
equality must be upheld. We'll create a generation that welcomes people of all genders.
