On November 4th, Drake and 21 Savage released their new joint album called “Her

Loss.” My first impressions of the album was that Drake and 21 were not really working
together and it wasn’t some of their best work. I started to hop on the train that most
people were on that said the album was bad but I started to listen to it more and I
realized that there are a lot of good songs that are hidden in the album. Now after about
a month after its release I can confidently say that I could listen to the album and not
want to turn it off because of the songs on there. I can also say that I really enjoy
listening to songs like Rich Flex, Major Distribution, Privileged Rappers, P*ssy and
Millions, and Broke Boys. Rich Flex, Major Distribution, and Broke Boys are great songs
because of the lyrics and the beat and that is why I enjoy those songs. Privileged
Rappers and P*ssy and Millions have everything you could want in a song as the beat is
really good, the lyrics are on point, and the way Drake and 21 Savage switch back and
forth is really good and is what makes these my two favorite songs. P*ssy and Millions
also has Travis Scott as a feature and this makes for a beautiful switch in music and the
way he starts fast but ends slow and then it switches back to Drake is amazing. Another
reason why this album is good is because I listen to a lot of Drake and 21 Savage and I
think they work really well together as they stay on the beat of their songs really well
and drop some really good lines in most of their songs which helps out the album.
Overall, I would rate “Her Loss” a solid 7/10 and I think that it is over-hated and
deserves more credit.
