Location Description
Level 1, 2, 2A, 3, 6 & 7A
Inspect and clean the air filters.
Inspect and clean the cooling coil when necessary.
Check compressor and refrigerant curcuit for proper operation tempreture
conditiond.
Check refrigerant pressure once every three months.
Check crankcase heater where applicable.
Inspect unit controls.
Check compressor oil level where applicable.
Check unloading mechanism where applicable.
Visual check on condenser coils and cleans up when necesssary.
Check thermostat setting.
Inspect control switchboard.
Level 1, 2 & 3. Inspect control switch component.
To check the float valves operation.
Retail shop lot llevel 1, 2, 3, & 4. Check and clean filters.
Check fan belt tension and adjust if necessary.
Inspect fan motor.
Check fan shaft bearings and motor bearings, lubricate when necessary.
Check and clean the cooling coil and drain pan when necessary.
Purge air trapped in cooling coil when necessary.
Check the operation of chilled water control valves and thermostat control.
Level 1, 2, 3 & 4. Check and clean filters.
Check fan belt tension and adjust if necessary.
Inspect fan motor.
Check fan shaft bearings and motor bearings, lubricate when necessary.
Check and clean the cooling coil when necessary.
Check the operation of chilled water control valves and thermostat control.
Hex Pump Level 7 Lubricate pumps and motor when necessary.
Check pumps mechanical seal and and tighten when necessary.
Check water strainers and clean them when necessary.
Check pressure gauges and valves.
Check for undue noise and vibration.
Check motor for undue tempreture rise.
Hex Pump Level 7 Check selnoid on/off valve is in good condition.
Check pressure sensor is in good condition.
Check wiring amp is in good condition.
Application of chemical will be carried out by supplier.
On site water analysis test will be carried out during service call.
Check and inspect each system and plant being treated.
A complete water analysis report will be sent.
Check and report any irregularities related to the treatment program.
Hex Pump Level 7 Check - Performance check for predicting maintenance requirement once
every 1-2.
Cleaning of heat exchanger depends on water quality as a guideline, 4
years a more accurate indication can obtained by using check.

Check for undue noise and vibration.
Check motor for undue tempreture rise.
Check fan shaft bearings and motor bearings, lubricate when necessary.
Chek fan belt tension and adjust if necessary.
