To sustain the learning continuity among learners in remote learning, DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2020 entitled Interim Policy Guidelines for Assessment and Grading in Light of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan was issued to provide guidance on the assessment of student's earning in this time of pandemic. Additionally, the policy was grounded on one of its principles of learning which stated that “assessment should be holistic and authentic in capturing the attainment of the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs]". Relative to the attainment of its purpose, there is a need to maximize the execution of these (MELCs) through the process of integrating the other disciplines in outputs/performance tasks. 2.
