Step 1:
Type the LRN, Name and Birthday of the students or copy it in SF1 and paste in INPUT
DATA Sheet. These data will automatically appear in other sheets.
Step 2:
In INPUT DATA Sheet, type the testing date in the format of MM/DD/YYYY to provide the
age.
Step 3:
Enter the raw score of each domain and it will automatically have the scaled score.
*The scaled score depends on the age of the students. The scaled score table of 3.1-4.0,
4.1 – 5.0 and 5.1 – 5.9 are different to one another.
Step 4:
After entering the raw scores in 7 domains the total scaled score will automatically
computed likewise the standard score and the interpretation of the students.
Step 5:
Count the number of the pupils who got Highly advanced (HA), Slightly Advanced (SA),
Average (A), Slightly Delay (SD), Delay (D) and type it in the lower portion of the sheet.
The results will be reflected in the consolidation report.
Step 6:
The Total Scaled Score and interpretation of the students will be reflected in the new form
of kindergarten, the SF5.
