    In “More Men Enter Fields Dominated By Women” by Shaila Dewan and Robert
    Gebeloff,the authors inform us of the following:While women continue to make inroads
    into prestigious,high-wage professions dominated by men,more men are reaching for the
    dream in female-dominated occupations that their fathers might never have considered.”
    The times i`ve been to the emergency room i noticed that there were probably more male
    doctors than women doctors the last time i went to the emergency room.

    In reference to an article related to “More Men Enter Fields Dominated By Women” i


    found and read an article”As Women Take Over A Male Dominated Field” i read that the
    job ticket agent also went from mainly male to female during this period,and wages
    dropped 43 percentage points. According to this article “At the other end of the wage
    spectrum,janitors(usually men) earn 22% more than maids and housecleaners(usually
    women).” “An analysis of census data by The New York Times shows that from 2000 to
    2010,occupations that are more than 70% female accounted for almost a third of all job
    growth for men,double the share of the previous decade.” “To the extent that the shift to
    “women’s work” has been accelerated by recession,the change may reverse when the
    economy recovers.”
