Use a Capillary string below TR-SCSSV
to inject treatments such as surfactants
to combat liquid loading or fresh water
to minimize salt deposition.
Current safety valve is locked out and
WLRSV for WCS is installed.
 Chemical injection valves hold control
pressure to open WLRSV as well as
inject chemical to end of tubing.
 Chemical treatments can be pumped
down the existing safety valve control

Gas Lift Packoff System
 Overview
• Reduce workover costs by installing either a single or multiple gas lift points
into an existing production well without recovering the current completion.

 Advantages
• Substantial equipment and workover cost be saved.
• The well does not have to be killed during the installation
• Tubing pack-off are also used to replace leaking gas lift mandrels or hole in
tubing.
• Easy to Install and retrieve gas lift packoff equipment by using wireline
• Flexible
• Very few moving parts.
