A trademark is a type of intellectual property consisting of a recognizable sign, design, or expression that
identifies products or services from a particular source and distinguishes them from others. The trademark
owner can be an individual, a business organization, or any legal entity.
The trademark will help an origination to exclusively identify the source or origin of products or services, so a
trademark, properly called, indicates the source or serves as a badge of origin.

- PROCEDURE -
We Conducted an online search to make sure that the trademark name and logo of your company have not been
used elsewhere.

Filling-in the trademark application, Filled in the Form – TM 1 by downloading it from the Controller General
website. The form costs INR 3500, a one-time fee to be paid at the time of procurement. The application form
required to submit the following documentation:
- Identity proof of the directors along with the address proof
- A description of our goods or services which should not be more than 500 words
- A standard 9 x 5 cms image of your logo
Filing of the trademark registration application can be done manually or you can do e-filing. In the Manual
filing, we apply for a trademark by submitting the form in-person at any of the five Trademark Registry Offices,
namely in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Chennai
Receiving the trademark registration certificate, If the registrar receives no objection within the stipulated
time, our trademark name and logo are officially protected. We will finally receive the Certificate of registration
with the seal of the Trademark Registry.
