THESIS PROPOSAL

Topic of Thesis: Impact of Human Resource Development on Employees in UAE.

The main aim of my research is to consider the importance of human resource training and
development and its impact on the employee satisfaction and organizational development. But my work
will find the following

Does the human resources team receive any attention from the organization to fill gaps in and improve
its performance by its employees?

The organization provides strategic organizations and development courses to its employers, is it a
waste?

Does the organization provide appropriate training and development courses for its employees?
Appropriate work environment for their employees - Training and advanced training generates a sense
of satisfaction and commitment for employees?

The study is based on the assumption that successful training and development delivery affects
employees satisfaction and performance, creating a sense of commitment to the organization as well as
organizational development and extending reputation among their customers and customers. For this
purpose I chose a company that has diverse cultural backgrounds and whose activities depend on
money, so that there is no wastage of resources or opportunities. The results of this study can serve as
gains for other companies that operate in the UAE to help increase the understanding of human
potential behavior, sense of commitment, level of satisfaction and progress that have positive effects on
the organization. Fame, performance and progress.
