My dream house!

I live in an apartment. My apartment is situated in the suburbs of Riga. It's very close to "Vērmanes"
parks so it's very conveniently located. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to my school. It's on a busy
street but I dont mind it. This is my dream house!

It's an old house. It was built in 1907 but it's very well-renovated. There is a lot of room for me and my
family so it's great for guests. The house doesn't have central heating but we have gas heating. It's great
because we can control the temperature of our house.

There are 7 rooms in total. Our guest room is very large and beautiful. There is a comfy, very large sofa
and a large TV. The kitchen also has a TV. The kitchen is open-faced so we also eat there. There is a
beautiful fireplace in the kitchen I share my bedroom with my little brother. It's also where I study. It has
a beautiful view of Riga and it's my favourite room in the house.

The house is in good condition and there are a lot of modernization projects happening. For example,
we have repainted the walls of our hall and we have new tiles in the toilet. Also, we have improved our
post box.

There are a lot of advantages to our apartment. One of them is that it's very modern. But we have some
disadvantages though. For example, we live on the fourth floor so it's a hassle to walk up to the
apartment all the time.

In conclusion, I really like my apartment. It's truly my dream house.
