Half-Yearly Maintenance works:

light bulbs, all control boxes and panels including the alarm ____________________________________
panels and security alarm panel, fire alarm call points. ____________________________________
ELCBs outdoor light fittings, security lighting fittings. ____________________________________
( ) Where plastic light diffusers are permanently fixed, ____________________________________
the accessible surfaces shall be moist-mopped with clean water. ____________________________________
In instances where such diffusers are detachable, these shall be ____________________________________
carefully removed and cleaned with detergent and water, ____________________________________
rinsed, wiped dry and re-fixed in position. ____________________________________

Yearly Maintenance works:

( ) Test all exit lights, if any including discharge and verify ____________________________________
backup battery and changes. ____________________________________
( ) The mounting and support of all internal and external ____________________________________
light fitting shall be inspected and checked to ensure ____________________________________
