You may be started, stopped, and want to get back going again.

When I first started and decided to become committed to making a

That was May 13th, 2020. 
 
As of the time of writing this book, I have 2625 followers and it is October 
6th, 2020. 
 
That’s averaging 500 followers a month.  
 
Do that every single month and that is 6,000 followers a year. 
 
In order to be successful with Affiliate Marketing, it really starts with 
getting eyes on your promotions. 
 
The more followers you have, the more value you provide, the more

Chapter 3: Finding Products 
 
When it comes to affiliating from products, there are literally 1000s of 
products you can affiliate for.  
 
The real question you have to ask yourself is what type of products you 
want to affiliate for? 
 
Options include:

- Amazon Products 
- Physical Products from Stores 
- Tickets into Events 
- Travel and Tourism 
 
There are so many options that it can make it a challenge to choose what

I am a firm believer that you should only be an affiliate for products you

I have found the easiest way to start making money is by affiliating for 
Gumroad courses. 
 
Here is my decision-making process on what products I choose to affiliate 
for: 
 
- Is the creator well known or has previously created popular courses? 
- Are the commissions good? 
- Does the course provide value? 
- Is the course expensive enough to make it worth affiliating for? 
- Will this course add value to my consumers? 
 
As you create your Twitter account or social media account, the big thing 
you have to keep in mind is that you are building a brand.

I affiliate for a lot of different products at the moment.  
 
All of them are Gumroad courses for the time being. 
 
These courses pay at least a minimum of 50% commission.  
 
Some of them even pay up to 80% commission. 
 
My goal is to find products that are at least $20 minimum. 
 
I currently affiliate for courses that go all the way up to $100. 
 
That means for each sale I can make anywhere between $10 a sale and 
$50 a sale. 
 
My goal is to make at least $50 a day.

Recurring Subscriptions 
 
One of the easiest ways I have found to make money is from being an 
affiliate for products that have a subscription tied to it. 
 
Gumroad has the process down to where if you help someone make an 
affiliate sale for a subscription-based product, you will make money each 
time that person has another charge. 
 
So if a product is $75.00 a month and you earn a 50% commission, you 
are earning $37.50 each month that person remains signed up. 
 
Same as insurance sales, Netflix, or car payments.  
 
For the 15 minutes, you work getting that sale, you could make 12x that 
amount a year. 
 
$37.50 times a 12-month subscription is $450 a year that you earned off 
just one sale.

Chapter 4: Gumroad 
 

 
 
Let’s talk about Gumroad. 
 
Gumroad in it’s simplest form is the following: 
- Website for creators to sell products for a nominal fee 
- Website for buyers to purchase products online 
- Tool for promoters to make money through affiliate income 
 
Gumroad really looks like it was developed in the 1990s with very little 
updates or changes. 
 
In fact, that is what makes Gumroad super attractive for a few different 
reasons. 
 
1) It is super simple to purchase things on Gumroad. 
2) It opens up the door to e-commerce for creators with no monthly 
fees required 
3) Promoters can easily promote products for creators

To start affiliating for a course on Gumroad, you ​MUST​ have a Gumroad 
account. 
 
Gumroad accounts are free and easy to set-up.

Setting up your account for payments is relatively simple. 
 
You either need to have a bank account that you can input the details for,

When setting up your Gumroad payment account, there are a few things 
to keep in mind. 
 
Those are: 
- Payments are made weekly on Fridays 
- Your account must be approved before you receive your first 
payment (can take 3-6 weeks) 
- Any refunds given to a customer will also take it out of your affiliate 
income 
 
Additionally, if you want to know what your payout will be, you need to be 
on the Gumroad sales side. 
 
Gumroad separates the sales side from the buying side to help keep 
everything clean. 
 
The standard payout for those who affiliate for a product on Gumroad is 
50%. 
 
If someone offers you less than 50%, stick to your gut and push for 50%,

You have officially started to affiliate for a few products now. 
 
You maybe have 3-4 links and you want an easy place to store those links 
that you can refer customers to. 
 
Well, fear not! 
 
There are many website creation tools out there, but two of the most 
popular options are: 
- Linktree 
- Carrd 
 
Both of these tools are ​FREE​ for you to use! 
 
One of the easiest ways for you to drive more sales is to have a website 
where you can post your links on.

Chapter 6: Promotions and Sales Strategies 
 
There are multiple opportunities and strategies to get affiliate sales. In this 
chapter I am going to discuss the following strategies. 
 
- Threads 
- Subscription: Money Back First Month 
- Tweets 
- Email Blasts 
- DMs 
- Creator Promotions 
 
There are different strategies and promotions that work in each of these 
sections.  
 
I highly recommend that you experiment with all and see what works for 
you. 
 
What works for you when you have 100 followers might not work when 
you have 10,000 followers. 
 
What might work for you might not work for someone else. 
 
The point is to take these strategies and run with them.

Strategy #1 - Threads 
 
Threads in and of themself are immensely valuable. I remember a while 
back that I did a 3 day challenge. I challenged myself to write 3 separate 
threads for 3 days in a row. 
 
With those 3 threads I was able to grow 100+ followers. 
 
If you are planning on using a thread to promote an affiliate link, I highly 
recommend doing so with the following included: 
- Thread should be at least 4 Tweets and no more than 8 Tweets 
- Thread starts off with value driven information 
- Tweets should be simple and easy to read 
- Save the affiliate link for the last Tweet 
 
You might struggle with people making it to that last Tweet if your thread 
is too long or too hard to read. 
 
Those that do make it to that last will normally are more likely to click that

Strategy #2 - Subscription: Money Back 
 
This strategy is probably my favorite and the one I use most often. 
 
With subscription based products, I constantly run a promotion of 50% 
back towards your first month. 
 
Doing this does a few things: 
- Creates an incentive for someone to sign up with you 
- Helps you build a relationship 
- Opens up sales opportunities with other products 
 
The hit might hurt the first month, but it also helps drive recurring revenue 
monthly/quarterly/or annually. 
 
Keep them as a customer for a year and that $37.50 spent turns into unto 
$412.50 PROFIT.

Strategy #3 - Tweets 
 
Using Tweets is one of the easiest methods that I have found to drive 
affiliate sales. 
 
The important thing with this one is the following: 
- Repetition (more sales Tweets over times gets more sales) 
- Tag the creator of the course in your Tweet always 
- Include results in your Tweet 
 
Other people will tell you to not post 2-3 sales Tweets a day. I say that’s 
garbage. Post as much as you like, when you like. Just like in Chess

Twitter likes to limit impressions on Tweets with links, which is why I 
recommend to always tag the creator of the course in your Tweet. One 
day I did 10 sales Tweets with creator tags, 7 got Retweeted by the 
creator. My sales were limited, but I also got over 70,000 impressions. My 
normal impressions are typically 20K-30K daily.  
 
Those impressions lead to long term sales and potential repeat business. 
 
Additionally, if you include results it gives an incentive for the creator to 
Retweet your Tweet. Creators love to see how their course is helping

Strategy #4 - Email Blasts 
 
As your start to build a network and grow, emails are crucial to help that 
growth. I haven’t personally started collecting emails yet (as of 10/6/2020), 
but I do keep a list of all email addresses that I get tied to any course sales 
or affiliate sales. 
 
Your social media accounts can be around for a limited amount of time, 
but your email list will live on forever. 
 
When you send an email blast, include the following: 
- Catchy and creative subject 
- Info about yourself 
- Info about how a course has helped you 
- Results are Gold 
- Keep it short and sweet but always include a call to action 
 
With emails, there needs to be an incentive for someone to open the email

Strategy #5 - DMs 
 
Before I jump into here, selling through the DMs can be challenging. 
Additionally, to sell through DMs takes a huge amount of time and 
follow-up. 
 
The perfect entry point for DMs though and for sales to work in this 
environment is when you are smaller. 
 
Out of my $10,000 in affiliate sales since May 13th, 2020, I have done 
maybe $1,000 of that through DMs. 
 
Here is what has worked for me: 
- Focus on building a relationship 
- Work on figuring out pain points 
- Keep messaging simple 
- Practice makes perfect 
 
I can’t tell you how many times I have people reach out to me and go 
straight in for the kill. That doesn’t work in real life and it won’t work in 
DMs. Selling through direct messaging takes a certain level of care and 
finesse. You master that and the world is yours.

Strategy #6 - Creator Promotions 
 
What is a creator promotion? 
 
A creator promotion is just what it sounds like, when a creator of a course 
you are affiliating for runs a special promotion. 
 
Sometimes these are limited time promotions (2 hour sales). Other times, 
they can be limited to a number of buyers. 
 
Utilizing these creator promotions can be a quick way to put more money

I have created a “List” of all the creators that I affiliate for. I check that list 
at least twice a day. Creators almost always promote their sales on their 
accounts, and the list is the quickest way that I am able to find that 
information. 
 
Once I spot a promotion by a creator, I do the following: 
- Post an individual Tweet promoting the sale/promotion 
- Retweet Comment the creator’s Tweet with my affiliate link and more 
information 
 
Doing both of these does the following: 
- Increases the likelihood of a sale by me
