 Project lead for the Commercial Banking Division in our upgrade of the Salesforce platform to
Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud, integration with a new customer master data management
application and partnership with the Talent and Development team to deliver related training.
 Project lead for the Commercial Banking Division in the Target Operating Model Design and nCino
Platform alignment engagement with a third-party implementation partner to document process
and organizational alignment. The project produced a current and future state roadmap to
transform the organization over a 5-year period.
 Organized nCino loan transformation demos with stakeholders and workshops with end users to
explore and inform on nCino capabilities; ultimately leading to project approval.
 Agile Product Owner over the Salesforce platform focused on driving efficiencies around data and
process. Key enhancements included: more intuitive user interface, granular insight into individual
client and related subsidiary financial accounts, and data quality indicators accompanied with
processes to resolve discrepancies across disparate systems.
 Partnered with the Office of Data Management to consolidate and transform data from multiple
systems into a single customer view so that data could be aggregated and viewed at an enterprise
level inside of Salesforce for house-holding, risk analysis and cross-sell.
 Executed Salesforce on-boarding for the Mo-Bank and Co-Biz bank acquisitions which required CRM
data conversion and sales process training.
 Vendor Relationship Manager responsible for leading a team with members from Credit
Administration, Finance, IT and the line of business to document the Asset Based Lending process,
evaluate technologies and select a vendor to support the program.
