DUE DATE: Week 8

CLOs: This project covers the following CLOs:

CLO2 Examine the concepts of intrapreneurship and

corporate entrepreneurship.
CLO3 Analyze the role of the intrapreneur and venture teams.
CLO4 Analyze the factors that inhibit creativity, ideas
generation and innovation in individuals and across the

PURPOSE: The purpose of this project is to help students understand the

concept of “Internal Venturing” through analyzing their own
entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial skills.

DETAILS: For this project, you will attempt both the Get2Test and Aulive
test and write a reflective paper on your intrapreneurial and/or
entrepreneurial mindset and behavior; and on your creative
thinking. These assessments include analysis and diagnosis
as students reflect on themselves and find new ways to solve
problems or different ways to engage in a creative work.
Reflect and support the results, based upon evidence of your
behaviors in life.

Get2Test is a self-assessment test that takes about ten

minutes to complete and will give you an idea of your
enterprising potential, defined as the tendency to start up and
manage projects.

Aulive test is a free-to-use online test, consisting of 40

questions, that measures the respondent’s preferred general
creativity across eight dimensions. The report generated by
the test compares the respondent’s creativity in these eight
dimensions against the results from others with similar
backgrounds and also provides the opportunity to reflect on
the results.
