    EXTENSION OF FACULTY REGISTRATION AND COMMENCEMENT OF FILE UPDATE

    You are not unaware of the fact that in line with the earlier guideline released, Faculty
    registration for 2020/2021Academic Session has ended on Friday, 9 th December, 2022.
    However, the exercise is now extended by two (2) days i.e Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th
    December, 2022 for all students with the exception of level 400 after which not additional
    extension will be considered.

    NB: All the remaining level 400 students are to come on Wednesday 14 th December, 2022
    for signing of CRF and clearance.

    FILE UPDATE
    File update will commence on Wednesday 14 th December, 2022 in line with the following
    time table.

    1. Wednesday 14th to Thursday 15th 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Level 500 and Spill
    December 2022 over
    2. Friday 16th to Monday 19th 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Level 400
    December, 2022
    3. Tuesday 20th December to 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Level 300
    Wednesday 21st December, 2022
    4. Thursday 22nd to Friday 23rd 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Level 200
    December, 2022
    Documents to bring for the update (Photocopies)

    1. Duly signed Clearance Form


    2. Course Registration Form (CRF) duly signed by Level Coordinator and Faculty
    Officer
    3. Bio Data Form
    4. Receipt/Evidence of Payment (Central Registration only)

    Remaining fresh students that are yet to open file can also do so within the period
    mentioned above.

    Similarly, students processing inter departmental transfer whose record is already with
    the Faculty can come for signing and file update once the transfer process is completed.
