Living on Campus VS Living Off Campus

Living on one’s own is inevitably the epitome of

assuming one’s responsibility. Yet, this tendency of
living on campus can impose various issues compared
to living off that limited area.
Initially, students who live on campus tend to develop
a sense of homesickness and mental issue. In other
words, unlike their ordinary life off-campus, they no
longer experience the thrill of freedom not the sense of
togetherness with their family members.
Added to that, while some students may engage in
various community activities and have the privilege to
share a room with a friend of theirs, their privacy may
be at stake. On the other hand, living off-campus is a
much more fulfilling experience where privacy is
respected.
Last but not least, campus life may represent a hurdle
for those who are constantly seeking better living
conditions. To put it into perspective, food, at the
campus, for instance, is substantially more diverse than
at the Campus. There may be restaurants and cafeterias
on campus. However, students do not have the
advantage of buying their groceries and cooking healthy
meals. Meanwhile, students off campus taste the
splendor of exquisite homemade dishes and even cook
them themselves.
To sum up, while living on campus is somewhat
advantageous, living off-campus remains the optimum
option for university students.
