Greetings!

I am writing you this letter in the hope that your generosity will extend to the
activity of our association. On November 26, 2022, the Sangguniang Kabataan of
Purok-III's Barangay Mangolago Victoria, Tarlac has begun an Inter-Color Basketball
League Tournament. This tournament aims to educate the youth of our barangay about
sportsmanship. Similarly, this is intended to improve their physical and mental fitness.
We will also hold an annual New Year's Ball celebration on December 30, 2022, and we
formally invited you to attend as a continuation and awarding of the preceding event.

Our dedicated donors and volunteers' hard work and financial support are
required to meet this event's requirements. In keeping with this, we would like to request
your financial assistance to help in funding the aforementioned activity, particularly for
the prizes, trophies, and other requirements associated with this event. Any amount
