AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, Arlene P. Martinez, with office address at Bldg. 12 Berthaphil North 2, Manunggal

St., Clark Freeport Zone 2009 Pampanga after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I , in my capacity as Managing Director of Post10 Worldwide Inc., a duly

registered Clark Special Economic Zone locator located at Clark Freeport Zone,
Clark Field Pampanga affirms our commitments for a general transport surety
bond covering our importation as a matter of compliance to BOC CFZ JMO 36-
2008.

2. That we are filing an equivalent of bond corresponding to twelve (12) months

average of duties and taxes payable on all our importations using our projections
for shipment at Port of NAIA.

3. That the bond of Php 1,000,000.00 is hereby secured from Alpha Insurance and
Surety Co Inc., accredited bonding company of the Bureau of Customs as
embodied in the above-mentioned JMO.

4. That the Bureau of Customs may draw upon the said bond up to the amount of the
duties, taxes, surcharges and other amount due to the Bureau for any shipments
that do not arrive at the destination or Freeport locations with the time frame
specified in the aforementioned JMO or otherwise determined by the Bureau of
Customs or for other issuances of the BOC.

5. That I am executing this Undertaking to attest to the veracity of the foregoing facts .
