AGREEMENT

THISAGREEMENTOF INVESTMENT ("Agreement"), executed at Islamabad on ____________

BETWEEN
DCT PRIVATE LIMITED’, represented by Mr. having its registered office at Plaza 44S, Ground Floor, Business
Bay, Sector F, DHA Phase 1 Islamabad, Pakistan (hereinafter called “First Party” which term and expression
shall, wherever the context so permits, include its successors in interest and assignees).
AND
Mrs. of Mr. Rehmat Ullah holding Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). Resident of House No.2, Street
No.14, Block No.2, Mohalla Hazara town,Baruri road, Quetta (Hereinafter called the “Second Party” which term
and expression shall, wherever the contexts permits, include its successors in interest and permitted assignees) and
any person who acquires the interest of the Purchaser.
WHEREAS:
 The Second Party is investing Rs 10,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Ten Millions Only) with First Party in Real
Estate.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER: -

1. First Party will invest above mentioned amount in Real Estate.
2. Profit will be paid to Second Party once it will be received or will be reinvested with Second Party consent.
3. First party will be liable to return the invested amount on Second Party demand after One Month or sale of
invested property whichever is later.
4. First Party will charge 1% (service charges/commission) to Second Party against sale and purchase of properties.
5. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
6. All disputes between the Parties in relation to or arising from the Agreement shall be referred to arbitration in
Islamabad to be conducted in accordance with Arbitration Act, 1940. An award given by the Arbitrator shall be
final and binding on the Parties
