Introduction in TQM

As I've known, TQM evolved over the past years in order to improve
the quality of products and services, and the quality of its process to meet
and exceed customer expectations for a long-term success. There are a lot
of definitions of TQM based on the developing from the quality gurus and
the organizations. in which, the Quality gurus and organizations have
made significant contributions to the growth and development of
innovative methods or strategies for achieving high quality in human
business activities. Where, I was amazed in Japan because they even
surpassed the huge, rich, and powerful countries like America, Russia,
China, and other rich countries in the field of total quality management
and this is because of the quality gurus in Japan, who have made a great
contribution to TQM. where it helps a lot for the economy of each country
in today's world.

One of my favorite topics was the different dimensions of quality,

where, I learned how to interact or respond with other people regarding
my own standards and how to examine closely different types of products
and services, especially in determining quality through performance,
features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability, and aesthetics
of products and services. I have also learned about the various
perspectives criteria to ensure that standards are followed in order to
maintain high quality while also meeting the wants and needs from the
changing world. such as judgmental, product-based, user-based, value-
based, and manufacturing-based. These types of criteria have greatly aided
in ensuring that products or services comply with compliances or are of
high quality for the satisfaction of customers. This, significantly give me a
lot of knowledge that I can use in the future in my field of expertise.
Where, can I find the requirements or conformances I need. in order to
meet the high-quality products and services in the evolving and changing
worlds.
