We can classify leadership styles into three distinct types:

spend a whilst considering the
relationship between organizational

Etzioni (1964) classifies organizational cultures
into three types:

Coercive
Utilitarian

Power is that which enables A to modify the


attitudes or behaviour of B. (Handy, 1983;76)
