Q: What are the requirements for the students to join our class?
The children must fit in the following descriptions:

 aged between 7 to 8
 attend the stated primary school
 students who have the potential but struggles to understand

Q: What is the available time slot for the class facility?

The time slot we propose is on Saturday mornings.

Q: What subjects can I enrol in?

As for now we are focusing only on English language.
 
Q: How can I contact a tutor?
You can register by filling up an admission for prepared by us.
 
Q: How long is the time period for on class?
We propose 2 hours of class every Saturday morning.
 
Q: Do I get the same tutor every time?
As our team only consist of two people, yes, the tutor will be the same.
 
Q: Do I undergo written examinations?
Yes, we offer optional examinations for our students to review the
progress.
 
Q: What are the applicable membership fees upon signing?
This class is fully free.
 
Q: Who is the tutor?
We are B. ED students who are trying to expand our knowledge and
experience while benefiting struggling children at the same time.
 Terms of Agreement
Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
The Wizard Learning is a tutorial service offered to its clients referred to as “the student”, as a flexible and
affordable means to education. The Wizard Learning shall conduct its tutorial classes for the struggling
children. “The Services” shall be given permission by the parents before admitting to the class.

2. Scope of Service

We will be able to connect with our students through our face-to-face class and parents can have
discussion with the tutor through phone call or before and after class. In relation, the Services we provide
shall be made available every week. Should there be cancellation or emergency issues, we will notify the
students within the 24 hours prior to the actual activity.

3. Privacy Policy

We will not disclose nor sell the student’s personal identification and other pertinent details that will
reveal any close connection to the student’s true identity. Every information of the students that has been
collected will be used for educational purposes only.

4. Payment

No payment is required for the tutors as this is a free class initiative.

5. Content

Any material, information or communication you upload using our facility will be treated as non-
confidential and non-proprietary. You automatically grant us permission to use the
material/information/communication for our use whether for dissemination, quality control, curriculum
development, or marketing our services. The actual sessions of the tutorials might be recorded and
archived for quality assurance purposes.
 6. Modifications of the Service

We may add, modify or disable some of the existing features in the classroom. We
reserve the right to change or discontinue the service from time to time to make room
for maintenance procedures or upgrade of system/facilities. We will not be held liable for any changes or
modifications.

7. Termination of Service

We or the school party can terminate the agreement anytime in present of any displeasure.
