Introduction of the English­­Language Classes:

 English language classes at Sindh Agriculture University Sub-Campus Umerkot is

an academic success and will be a synonym to success in preparing students for
the English in the growing modern world.

 The propose of these classes is to teach:

 All the short courses of English language.

 The subject specialists are already working in the English department with strong
profile and experience in the field of teaching.

 Thus, we will provide students with crash course of three months that is beginner
level, six months that would be intermediate level.
 The campus is recommended to start summer camp in the month of June and July
where students can learn and will enjoy the camp by doing extracurricular
activities.

 This camp would be open for all the students.

 The summer camp will also offer courses in English Grammar, English Language
skills and English for specific purposes.
English language courses would be as under:

 Beginner level (3 months)

 Intermediate level (6 months)

 Advanced level (1 year)

 Speaking Skills

 The Quality Assurance, through a set of detailed checklists will inspect

each class at the campus. Afterward, it will prepare a detailed report

identifying any irregularities and suggest corrective measures.

Student care & counselling

 To monitor students’ performance.

 To provide mentorship to each student as per his/her evaluation.

 To keep students and their parents updated on their performances.

 To critically analyze each student’s psychological cum motivational needs

and deliver motivational lectures and/or counseling sessions accordingly.

will evolved a regular written, verbal, and online feedback

system.
Seminar & the Google Survey

 It is recommended that the seminar should be conducted before starting

this course of English language, the recommendation is, to go through a

Google survey in which the students and the civil society of Umerkot

would be included.

 We will offer merit and need-based scholarships for brilliant and deserving

students. These awards encourage students to work harder to attain their

academic goals. The scholarships include:

Fee Structure

 The fee structure of three months and six months course is as under:

 Three months (10,000 per student including transport)

 Six months (15,000 per student including transport)

 Facilities at Campus

 The transport will be free of cost for the students who will join the course.

The service of our bus will pick students from Allah wala chowk and will

pick from campus at the end of the classes and will drop back at Allah

wala chowk Umerkot.
