ORGANIZATION:
The Heaven’s School
ORGANIZATION THEORY:
The objective is to provide value based-high quality education that just not only
focuses on academic excellence, but also on character building, leadership
development and core skills.
AIM:
“The aim is to inspire children with values and attributes to make them confident
with their sense of Knowledge, purpose and Identity.”
PURPOSE:
The purpose is to equip children with excellence knowledge, skills and aspirations
by creating a learning environment that enables them to meet challenges and
explore new things, transforming them into individuals who think out of the box
and transform themselves and society.

PRACTICES AND CODE OF CONDUCT:

 Students’ performance is evaluated on the basis of their work throughout the
year.
 No exams are conducted and students are assigned to portray a new idea with
all the learnings they have done throughout the year.
 All religious and cultural events are celebrated to teach students about values,
ethics and moral.
 For spiritual well-being of student religious environment is created where
students have the facility to learn about Islamic teachings including Nazra and
Quran.
 There is no compromise on quality of education for which teachers are hired
with best capabilities and are trained timely for more skills and betterment
 Students are required to follow all the rules and attend school regularly with
proper and, neat & clean uniform.
 Teachers are guided to treat students with kindness and respect without any
kind of favoritism.
 As educators, we encourage and believe in unity, the students are encouraged
for learning in groups, sharing thoughts and working in groups.
 Students will be encouraged to involve themselves in sports and for this
purpose all the equipment and training will be provided.
 To give modern knowledge to students and to make them excel in skills in
today’s world all recent technologies are used and different software are used
to teach and learn.
