Cables and electrical equipment shall be of good quality. 2. All.electrical equipment and cables shall be inspected as per United procedure before use. 3. Method of cable laying (cable shall not be bunched together but placed parallel) 4, Avoid too many electrical boxes in reactor structure. 5. Cables to be routed through conduit or cable tray. 6. All generators should have protected roof. 7. All cables to be dressed neatly for routing. 8. All electrical equipment’s should be grounded @ 2 points.General notes: 1 All confined space equipment should be color coded as per United standard, 2. Portable equipment location shown in outside the equipment, if Using inside the equipment, show accordingly in the lay out drawing. 3. All the power cables with XPLE insulated, laid for mechanical protection with proper current rating, 4, All the electrical equipment should be barricaded with caution notice, 5. Use only 24volt rated equipment inside confined space. 6. All electrical equipment will be grounded with 2 separate ground points, 7. Power generator should be capable of carry the load current safety, 8. No joint or splicing is allowed throughout the length of the cables, 9, ELCB test certificates should be submitted before installation job starts, 10. _Allthe electrical protection device should be checked for its operation before starts each shift, 11, _Allcables should be routed, dressed neatly, no crossing is allowed. 12.
