You are leading a team of fresh management graduate. You need to train and develop your
team on few skills. This is to be done through assesment centre. You have to chose tests and
excercises to make outcome effective and team efficient. There is a list of skills and capabilities
you should train them.

Choose a career opportunity in the field of interest to you in. Choose a position's title,
requirements, credentials, and experience. Include the aforementioned attributes in the work
obligations as well. (Explore each trait and how it relates to the work; one or two qualities may
be added or withdrew from the list provided). Predict any 5 tests that could be administered in
the assessment centre. Explain How may the each tests be useful to evaluate the attributes

Assignment 3
An assessment centre does not refer to a location, but to a process which is being increasingly
used by organizations to assess staff, either as part of the recruitment process or for internal
promotion and staff development (where it is usually known as a development centre). The
assessment centre focuses on a set of varied exercises which are designed to simulate different
aspects of the work environment. Do you agree/ disagree explain. Explain with example
