confronted with the challenge to make communities and human settlements inclusive,

• Of course, we must not forget that poverty is really an annoying part of the system in
any country. It is hard to create a strong and grounded reform programs for the people
that really had nothing to start with. But with the good use of “Kaban ng Bayan” which
should be put into good use, we may be able to create areas for them to have a new life
and a better environment and community as well. Nonetheless, there are other types
that we can share to the people by giving goods such as hygiene kits, as well as simple
canned goods to have a start in their basic needs in the human settlements.

2. How do you promote inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable environment in your
community?

• It is efficient to start with ourselves, first of all to create inclusivity, safety, resilience, and
sustainable environment, we should be acknowledging their presence in the community
by thanksgiving through simple harvest and giving off some of it to them, by this, it can
create already a bond between members of the community as well as trust in each other.

3. What are your long-term and short-term goals to address the challenges to make
communities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable?

• With the short-term goals, is to create a bond and trust between members of the
community, without this it can create dishonesty as well as superficial trust and bond with
each other. With long term goals is to preserve this peace within the community by being
consistent in what we give them as well as to create a well environment for everybody in
the community.
