It is hereby informed that SAB PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED (Herein after referred to as
"Premises Owner") is the owner of Premises having address; 1/22, Second Floor, Asaf Ali Road,
New Delhi 110002.

It is hereby informed that, Premises Owner doesn't have any objection and are hereby give full
consent for using the above address as the Principal Place of Business of MR. AAKASH BALAI
(Herein after referred to as "Said Company").
The Said Company is provided with exclusive Closet for maintaining the books ofaccounts and
the signage space. MR. AAKASH BALAI has assured to us that he shall comply with adl the
statutory compliances arising out of the The GST Act or any other Act/ Law incidental thereto.
This NOC however, does not confer any title in favor of Said Company, as being the owner ofthe
Property. The Premises Owner shall bear no responsibility on the part of Said Company for any
acts/ deeds/ arrangements done by the Said Company with any other parly whatsoever. Any
defaults towards all statutory and /or other compliances under Indian law and/or the local
regulations are the sole responsibility ofthe Said Company.
The Said Company clearly agrees to indemnify us for any/all claims made by the statutory or
any other authorities arising as a result ofsuch acts/deeds/arrangement ofthe Said Company.
The Said Company further agrees that the use of address shall be discontinued by the Said
Company immediately pursuant to the expiry or termination of the leave and license agreement
dated 02-06-2022.
