Executive Summary

ABC Auto Repair is an auto repair shop located near a university campus in
Illinois, Chicago. The auto repair ship aims to gain an advantage over its
competitors by being one of the only local shops to offer both auto repair
services and auto parts for sale and by building out its social media presence to
directly engage its customer base.

Objectives

The auto repair shop’s marketing objectives will be the following:

1. To increase social media presence on the company’s Facebook page by


increasing the followers by December 30, 2024
2. Increase sales by 10% by December 30, 2024

Buyer Persona

Bailey Martin is a car enthusiast, who loves to buy auto parts since he is
restoring his old car. He needs to repair his restored car since the engine needs
cleaning and overhaul.

Target Market

80% of the target market of the auto repair shop will come from the local
community, including the nearby university, while the remaining 20% will
come from drivers who encounter problems with their vehicle. These target
clients age 18–60 years old and are car enthusiasts and car owners.
Strategy

ABC Auto Repair will build out its social media presence on Facebook. It will
post its auto parts for sale and success stories and reviews from satisfied
customers to create brand awareness and will also purchase billboard ads to
post directions from the highway to the shop.

He will be responsible for drafting and implementing the repair shop’s
marketing strategies including the outbound marketing and social media
marketing.

Sienna L. Rose
Social Media Manager
She will be responsible for managing and implementing the social media
marketing of the repair shop’s Facebook page.
