ALIGNMENT CENTER
Live Monitoring is a Windows® based software
application to measure live the dynamic move-
ments using the PERMALIGN® laser system.
PERMALIGN® laser system monitors continu-
ously, and in real time, alignment changes of
rotating machinery during operation. It measures
the total machine movement including thermal
growth, piping strain, load condition changes and
foundation movement.
The Live Monitoring version for ROTALIGN®Ultra
allows the editing and analysis of the “Live Trend”
data measured on the ROTALIGN®Ultra Expert
platform. Live Trend is an application to measure
continuously the relative displacement between Machines and PERMALIGN SYSTEM set-up
machines using the ROTALIGN® laser and sensor.
