from SK Kem Syed Sirajuddin. Today, we are going to present on how to make a musical
instrument that is produced based on our own creativity. Hip HiiiiiiiiipHurray !!!
My name is Muhammad Rizki..I am Nur Hayani and I am Siti Safiya Hannani. This morning, I
will introduce one of the musical instruments of the percussion named “Tik Tok”. Originally,
it was made of wood. It has a handle and a knocker. The sound on the right side is not the
same with the one on the left.
Here, I will show you on how to make “Tik Tok” from bamboo. First, cut this bamboo like
this..We have cut this bamboo with the help of our teacher. Then, put this stick at the
middle part…This wooden stick will be the knocker…here, we decorate our “Tik Tok” like
this…This is the way on how to play and make the sound of our Tik Tok.
Now, I will show you on how to make metallo phone. Originally, it was made of metal that
has diversified the sound in order to produce some of the tone. It has been arranged as a
Solfa technique which is “do…re..mi…fa..so..la..ti..do..”. It is sounded by the method of
tapping. Here, we will produce our metallophone using our own creativity…We set up some
empty glass bottles, water and a stick as the knocker.
Firstly, arrange this bottles. Then, fill in the water in places that have been marked. Then,
tap each of the bottles that have been filled of water. It will produce different sounds which
is like metallophone.
Here, I will explain on how to make Bongo. Originally, bongo was made from two forms of
wood which is round-shaped and empty in the middle, sealing with the skin of the cow or
goat on it. This is the way on how to make bongo..Here are the materials used to produce
the bongo based on our own creativity. We need a small pail and a big pail. We also need a
rope to tie up these two pails so as not to move. We also have been decorating this pail to
look more attractive.
Now, we will play the musical instruments with the melody… ting…ting..tang..ting…tik tok tik
tok….dup dap dup dap…..
This is the way on how to produce musical instruments that we have create based on our
own creativity ..We hope everyone will be satisfied with our presentation.
