    Who is covered?
    All the permanent employees who are actively working in offices of Pakistan. Employee’s
    spouse and children are covered (sons up to the age of 25 and daughters till they get
    married) with the employee residing permanently in his country.

    Grade 1 is entitled to choose the mobile phone for his

    Documentation For Travel related expenses:


    1. Travel related email duly endorsed by the supervisor.
    2. From To destination date wise detail in excel for inter-city expense (No travel
    expense to be made while being at client at base office).
    3. Original ticket (Daewoo or others) both to and fro should match with the dates
    of Daily allowance claimed.
