This can be rated 8/10 as they followed 3 levels of interview giving everyone a fair chance.
Candidates got enough opportunity to learn about the company and the role opening. Biasness was
reduced as multiple people were involved and a proper standardised evaluation sheet was followed.
Though it also reduces the productivity of senior bankers as they had to work on their free day which
hampers the state of mind during the process which might lead to wrong decision.
Suggestions
May be some extra benefits can be provided to interviewers for the effort they put in
ANS 3
