Event: Rashtriya Avishkar Abhiyan Tinker Carnival 2022

Practical learning is a very important aspect for STEM students. Giving them
the chance to explore the practical world using their theoretical knowledge
makes them excellent learners. The RAA (Rashtriya Avishkar Abhiyan) Labs
present in the school open a window of creativity for the students. The
Students of So(S)E are always busy with their creative ideas creating something
and elaborating their knowledge.
The Rashtriya Avishkar Abhiyan Yojana organized a Tinker Carnival for the
students who work in the RAA labs around Delhi. Students of classes 10 th and
12th participated with their full enthusiasm. The Teacher in charge of RAA labs
Kalkaji; Dr. Mohd Talib, aided the students in brainstorming and handling
equipment. Due to his hard work and guidance, the students gave outstanding
performances in the competition.
Our school stood first in the Tinker Carnival 2022. The achievements of the
students are as follows:-
1) Jayant Chauhan of class 12th C, with his model of “SOLMNOLECE
PREVENTION” secured 1st position in the state-level exhibition competition
of Tinker Carnival.
2) A group of students from class 10th secured the first position at the zonal
level and district level for the project “EGG INCUBATOR”.
The members of the group were Upanshu Singh, Rao Atif Ali,
Shivansh Thapliyal, and Md Armaan Alam of class 10th B.

Due to the immense hard work of students and their teachers, our School got
the first position in the Tinkering Carnival and even a trophy of excellence.
