Differentiate with the help of example:

Service design:

Service design refers to the arrangement of service facilities where the service is provided and
the processes through which the service operations are structured and delivered. Service design is
the activity of planning and organizing a business's resources (people, props, and processes) in
order to (1) directly improve the employee's experience, and (2) indirectly, the customer's
experience

For example,
A car is a product, but in service design terms it's a tool when an elderly customer wants to book
an Uber ride to visit a friend in hospital. There's much to consider in such contexts. This user
might be accessing Uber on a smartphone, which she's still learning to use.

Service Capacity

It means the number of applicable units of service that can be produced by a given facility, or
service program at the facility, or a service program's practical, maximum level of service
production. The output or service potential of a tangible capital asset (TCA) which is typically
determined by references to attributes such as physical output capacity, quality of output,
associated operating costs, and useful life.

Example:
The service capacity measures how much companies can achieve, produce, or sell within a given
time period. Consider the following examples: A call center can field 7,000 calls per week. A
café can brew 800 cups of coffee per day.
Service layout
Service layout is the way or arrangement in which service facility is organized. The arrangement
could be of service facility area, equipment, workstations or any physical entity. It is important to
design a proper facility layout to have smooth flow of work and efficient flow of information,
material and people.

For example:
For car service station, product layout is adopted, where the activities for servicing a car follows
a sequence of operation irrespective of the type of car. Hospital service is the best example for
adaptation of process layout.

Process design is at the heart of operations management (OM). It is the process of creating and
improving systems that convert inputs into outputs. Process design involves understanding how
work is done within an organisation and then designing and implementing ways to improve it.
For example, manufacturing of Air-Conditioners, process design has to be such that maximum
supply is achieved during the hot months of summer when demand of the product is at the
highest.
