CARD 1: Airlines

possible.

Chau: I think we should hire famous people for influencer marketing.

Dung: Why we have to do that?

Chau: Super stars are people who receive love from fans, they can inspire their belief to
more people. This way is not only bring benefits to airlines but it also is the bridge to
bring the products and services of the business closer to customers. The reviews of
famous will create trust in business for customers.

Dung: It sounds a novel idea! But do you think super stars will be famous forever? For
me, I don’t think so. Therefore, this trend isn’t a useful method to attract more
passengers for the airline.

Chau: what’s your idea?

Dung: I highly recommend to launch social media campaigns. It’s due to fact that people
surf the internet almost all day, so it’s easy to access airlines’ news and book tickets
online can reduce waiting time instead of buying offline. Through social networks, the
process of exchanging information takes place quickly.

Chau: It’s clearly an opportunity for airlines to minimize costs, increase revenue and
attract passengers to airlines. Let’s do that.

Chau: Someone really like working from home. But I don’t think that is a good idea.

Dung: Why? People consider working at home is convenient.

Chau: Let me guess, because when working at home, you can wear anything you want,
right?

Dung: Yeah.

Chau: A lot of people think wearing like that is convenient and comfortable. But the
true is clothing affects mood, energy, and even thinking. For example, wearing a
pajamas can make you lazy and lose motivation to work. They can easily distracted
when there is no observation from others and limited time.

Dung: That’s right!

Chau: How’s about you? Do you have any plan?

Dung: I highly recommend companies to employ people of different backgrounds. Many

people with different circumstances will have different views and ways of solving
problems. Moreover, when employees work at the company, they can argue with each
other at that time easily, immediately than working at home. I think these ways will help
the company develop and attract more customers.

Dung: Why do you think so?

Chau: Because cook for community service providers not only help the community but
also advertise the restaurants. This act will leave a deep impression on people in there.
More and more people know your restaurant.

Chau: yeah, free. It will create trust with customers.

Dung: Through covid19 pandemic, I see contactless ordering and delivery is a very
